Located in the province of South Holland between the Dordrechtse Kil and the Port of Rotterdam, we developed an industrial campus for water-related logistics and (semi-)industrial activities such as e-commerce, ADR, cold storage etc. The campus offers 230,000m² of warehouse space and will be built in phases. A new access road will be built to optimise the connection between the N217 and the SHIPP 21 campus. For the residential area of Puttershoek, this means less traffic nuisance and more safety. Construction of the new access road will start in November 2021.

The masterplan for the Ghent site is based on a ‘last mile hub’ concept for distribution in the urban heartland. It is strategically located on the E17 and E40 motorway intersection and close to Ghent city centre. Phase 1 involves the building of a warehouse that is fully automated and acclimatised according to the specific pharmaceutical requirements of our customer McKesson, a leading care company for pharmaceutical distribution.
The offices are located above the loading bays. A solid glass north-facing façade creates a panoramic view over the docks and canal. This ensures a pleasant workplace with visual contact with the environment and an abundance of natural daylight. The traditional signal boxes served as inspiration for the ‘concave architecture’: bringing outside inside, and pushing inside outside. The façade is finished with an exclusive copper coating resulting in a unique feature in the cityscape.More details

On the Avantis business park in Heerlen we built a distribution centre measuring 28,000 m2 for Stelrad and Henrad, both part of the Stelrad Radiator group.
The radiator group rents a total of some 28,000 m2 of ‘build-to-suit’ logistics real estate, with 25,000 m2 of warehouses, 2,900 m2 as mezzanine space and 400 m2 of offices. Henrad and Caradon were in search of a shared warehouse. The location in Heerlen is highly suitable for supplying the West European market. The warehouse is located at a short distance from the factory in Nuth.
This is all at the heart of the European market.

From a logistics perspective the excellent connections from this location are a big plus for companies such as Stelrad/Henrad Radiators, who distribute goods with a focus on the European market. The Dutch Vault offers no less than 13,000 m2 of production, storage and office space in Houten. This was to replace the historical Mint building in the centre of Utrecht that had become outdated after 100 years’ service.
The exterior of the Royal Dutch Mint premises is in the form of a safe with almost no visible openings. The facets on the outside wall are inspired by the relief on Dutch euro coins.
The gold-coloured façade cladding consists of precoated profiled steel plates laid in different directions to create a whole new dimension. The vertical and horizontal layers meet in the new facetted façade.
A total of approx. 62 tons of steel exterior cladding, 56 tons of profiles and 6 tons of flat steel for flashing was fitted on the façade. Use of sustainable building parts means the ‘second life’ principle was fully respected.More details
We are building a state-of-the-art logistics site close to exit 21 on the A17 (that connects Rotterdam and Antwerp). The site is located on the Borchwerf II Business Park and consists of a modern and multifunctional distribution centre with a total warehouse surface area of 83,399m² and a maximal number of loading bays per unit.
We will shortly be starting the construction of unit G with 11,000m². Completion is planned for the end of 2022.
Our customer Kuehne & Nagel is responsible for the distribution of goods to various countries across the whole world. These are usually products such as razor blades, shaving foam, etc.
Kuehne & Nagel has seven establishments in Belgium.
