Located in the province of South Holland, between the Dordrechtse Kil and the Port of Rotterdam, we are developing a large-scale industrial campus for waterbound logistics and (semi-)industrial activities such as e-commerce, cold and frozen storage, manufacturing, maritime supply, and more. The campus offers 230,000 sq.m of warehouse space and is being built in phases.

Depot II, with a total of 92,000 sq.m of logistics and light-industrial space, consists of eight units of approximately 10,000 m² each. The units are fully leased by a Japanese clothing company.
