In Twente, we developed the T-Port Logistic Campus, comprising approximately 180,000 m² of logistics real estate. The campus is leased to a diverse mix of logistics companies, including Cannondale, VDL, and CTT Containerterminal under the management of Bolk, Port of Twente, and the Twente XL Business Park.

Currently, only one hall remains available for lease. This final hall offers approximately 11,000 m² of warehouse space, 1,700 m² of mezzanine, and 650 m² of office space.
