Heylen Warehouses is building some 180,000m² of logistics real estate at the Twente T-Port Logistic Campus. Logistics business owners already locally established there – the CTT container terminal under the management of Bolk, Port of Twente and the Twente XL Business Park – are also embarking upon the shared mission of making this campus the next big hot spot in the Netherlands.
Currently, we are constructing the final phase of the campus: 4 units with a total surface of approx. 52,000 sq.m of warehouse space.
