Almelo XL Business Park Twente - un nuevo centro logístico

180.000 m² de logística inmobiliaria - 11.000 m² disponible

En Twente, hemos desarrollado el T-Port Logistic Campus, que cuenta con un total de aproximadamente 180.000 m² de bienes logísticos. El campus está alquilado a una mezcla de empresas logísticas, incluyendo Cannondale, VDL y CTT Containerterminal, bajo la gestión de Bolk, Port of Twente y el Twente XL Business Park.

Actualmente, solo queda un pabellón disponible para alquilar. Este último pabellón ofrece aproximadamente 11.000 m² de espacio de almacén, 1.700 m² de entreplanta y 650 m² de oficinas.
