Located in the province of South Holland, between the Dordrechtse Kil and the Port of Rotterdam, we are developing a large-scale industrial campus for waterbound logistics and (semi-)industrial activities such as e-commerce, cold and frozen storage, manufacturing, maritime supply, and more.
