The site is located on the Borchwerf II Business Park and consists of a modern and multifunctional distribution centre with a total warehouse surface area of 83,399m² and a maximal number of loading bays per unit.
We only have 3 units left – Unit G, C and F – with a lettable surface of approx. 35.000 sq.m.
