Located in the province of South Holland, between the Dordrechtse Kil and the Port of Rotterdam, we are developing a large-scale industrial campus for waterbound logistics and (semi-)industrial activities such as e-commerce, cold and frozen storage, manufacturing, maritime supply, and more. The campus offers 230,000 sq.m of warehouse space and is being built in phases.
Depot I, offering 50,000 sq.m of logistics and light-industrial warehouse space, consists of 6 units of approximately 10,000 sq.m each. The units are fully leased by BTS Logistics.
