Located in the province of South Holland, between the Dordrechtse Kil and the Port of Rotterdam, we are developing a large-scale industrial campus for waterbound logistics and (semi-)industrial activities such as e-commerce, cold and frozen storage, manufacturing, maritime supply, and more. The campus offers 230,000 sq.m of warehouse space and is being built in phases.

The Dockyard, offering 30,000 m² of logistics and semi-industrial warehouse space, consists of 3 units ranging from 10,000 to 13,000 sq.m.
