Located in the province of South Holland between the Dordrechtse Kil and the Port of Rotterdam, we developed an industrial campus for water-related logistics and (semi-)industrial activities such as e-commerce, ADR, cold storage etc. The campus offers 230,000m² of warehouse space and will be built in phases. A new access road will be built to optimise the connection between the N217 and the SHIPP 21 campus. For the residential area of Puttershoek, this means less traffic nuisance and more safety. The construction of the new access road started in November 2021.
