V-Port Logistics Campus 21 is strategically located within the Central European logistics corridor, close to the Port of Vlissingen, and offers optimal connections to the European hinterland. The new development is being realized through a joint venture between Borghese Logistics and Heylen Warehouses.
The first units are leased by Feniks Warehouses and HIH Logistics, giving concrete shape to the first phase of the project. Following this initial phase, over 100,000 sqm of additional logistics space can still be developed.
The site is easily accessible via the A58 (approx. 5 minutes). The A58 is the highway between Vlissingen and Eindhoven and is one of the main national roads for freight transport to the East of Europe. Other important highways in the direct vincinity are the N254 and the N62, that are within about 2 minutes drive from the complex.
