Herentals, April 9th, 2026 – Bleckmann, a leading European logistics service provider with deep expertise in fashion and lifestyle supply chain management, has extended its lease at the T-Port South campus of Heylen Warehouses at XL Business Park in Almelo. The agreement covers five halls with a total warehouse area of 65.000 sq.m. Including mezzanine and office space, the total area reaches approximately 75,000 sq.m. The lease is set for the next 10 years, making this both in scale and duration one of the largest deals Bleckmann has ever concluded.

In addition to its Almelo location, Bleckmann also operates in Belgium at the Antwerp East Port 21 campus in Grobbendonk, where it leases six units with a total footprint of 65.000 sq.m.
