Heylen Warehouses construye un campus logístico vanguardista en el corazón de la zona del puerto del Mar del Norte (Puerto de Gante). El campus se encuentra al lado de la R4 (J. Paryslaan) y disfruta del acceso directo a la autopista E34 (Amberes-Gante-Zeebrugge) y la autopista E17 (Amberes-Gante-Francia).
El campus logístico a gran escala consta de almacenes de distribución y almacenamiento modernos con una superficie total de almacenes de 150.000m². El campus está dividido en unidades de aproximadamente 10.000m². Esto es para poder satisfacer de manera flexible las necesidades de diferentes clientes. El alojamiento puede crecer o reducirse dependiendo de la demanda del cliente.
