Full house on our Waterside Logistics campus! Proud and honoured that Bolk Transport signed for 2 extra units on our Waterside project at XL Businesspark in Almelo. In total, they will occupy 6 out of 8 units or approx. 27,750 m² of warehouse, mezzanine and office space. The campus is now fully leased!
