Herentals, 15 June 2026 – Heylen Warehouses and Dicar Motorhomes announce the acquisition of a 4-hectare site in Liessel, Geel, strategically located along the E313 at exit 23, near the flyover. Together, they will develop a modern and future-oriented logistics project on this site, supporting the continued growth and centralization of the Dicar Group.
The planned development includes, in its first phase, a logistics building with approximately 7,160 m² of workshop space, 1,815 m² of mezzanine, and 640 m² of office space. In addition, the project provides for 42 parking spaces for passenger cars and capacity for 352 motorhomes.
Due to the strong growth of the Dicar Group, there is an increasing need for additional space within its existing operations. This new development will allow workshop activities to be relocated, significantly expanding operational capacity. This will enable further optimization of services in the areas of repairs, assembly, customization, and aftersales.
A key strategic component of the project is the centralization of activities. The site will function as a central warehouse and logistics hub supporting the group’s seven branches. This will optimize internal flows, improve distribution efficiency, and strengthen the organization’s scalability.
In addition, the development will include space for a motorhome rental department, as well as a professional photo studio to support commercial and marketing activities. Operations will remain B2C-oriented and will be carried out under the Dicar brand. Additionally, the B2B division Camperdeal, an international motorhome trader, will also be housed at this location.
