BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is a sustainability certification for buildings and infrastructure that assesses how environmentally friendly, sustainable, and future-proof a building or project is. The methodology focuses on various sustainability categories: management, energy, health and well-being, transport, water, materials, waste, pollution, land use, and ecology.
For all our existing buildings, we are conducting a BREEAM In-Use Very Good quickscan in 2026, allowing us to continuously monitor and improve our sustainability performance.
