Kubota and Broekman Logistics will strengthen their long-term partnership on our Logistic Mill site in Weert. Our 62.000 sqm state-of-the-art warehouse will serve as a hub for Kubota’s pan-European activities. Broekman Logistics will exploit the storage, assembly services and also the outbound logistics for the Kubota Construction Machinery throughout Europe.

The project Logistic Mill 21 in Weert combines a state-of-the-art warehouse, equipped with all modern technical requirements, with a unique landscape integration. In cooperation with landscape architect MTD a courtyard garden of 6.000 sqm is established to promote the climate adaptation. The campus is a unique logistic development located right off the highway A2-E25 in between Eindhoven and Maastricht.
