Heylen Warehouses is pleased to announce the signing of a long-term lease agreement with GXO Logistics, a global leader in supply chain solutions. GXO will lease 64,000 sq m of premium logistics space on the T-Port North Logistic Campus 21, located on XL Businesspark in Almelo the Netherlands.
T-Port North provides GXO with a prime location to optimize their operations, offering exceptional accessibility and state-of-the-art facilities. This partnership underscores Heylen Warehouses’ commitment to delivering top-tier logistics facilities, while the collaboration with GXO plays a crucial role in realizing T-Port Logistic Campus’s long-term vision as a major hub for regional and international logistics.

This lease marks the conclusion of the available space at T-Port North, reaching full occupancy of 120,000 sq m. The delivery of this building to GXO represents, for now, the final phase of Heylen Warehouses’ development at XL Businesspark. Since the project’s launch in 2017, over 240,000 sq m of industrial and logistics space have been successfully developed and leased.
